Fees, Rates and Rebates
Effective from April 2026
Due to recent changes to Medicare mean Aspire Medical and Skin Centre will now bulk bill most consultations (level A-E). However, procedures and other specialised services will continue to be privately billed.

Students and visitors with private insurance may be required to pay $25.70 if their insurance does not cover the additional rebates available from November 1, 2025

- Minor procedures requiring disposable instruments will incur an out-of-pocket fee.

| Iron Infusion Procedure |
$200 Private Billing, not a rebateble service. Please bring the Iron injection prescription provided during your previous consultation on the day of the procedure. The procedure takes approximately 50 minutes to an hour. |
Documents and Reports Reprints:
- Reports or results copies requested during a face-to-face or phone consultation are free of charge on the day of the consultation.
- Reprints of referrals or results outside appointment times incur a $10 admin fee.
Complete Medical Records Transfer Fee:
- A free health summary will be sent to your new medical center within 5-7 working days.
- A nominal admin fee of $30 applies for transferring complete medical records.
- Once records are transferred, your file will be made inactive in our system. To keep your file active, please contact us to have it noted on your file.
Note: Charges may vary for insurance companies and are calculated according to Health Records Regulations.
Home Visits:
- Home visits can be arranged for regular patients who are acutely ill, immobile, elderly, or without means of transport, provided it is safe and reasonable.
- The fee for home visits is $300 out-of-pocket, in addition to Medicare rebates.
Cancellations:
- We aim to provide quality care promptly. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations affect other patients. Please notify us as soon as you know you cannot attend your appointment.
- Frequent cancellations or no-shows will incur a $45 cancellation fee for a standard consultation and $90 for double appointment.
