1. Saturday and Public Holiday Fees:
- Non-Concession Card Holders: A $30 out-of-pocket/Gap fee applies for all standard & telehealth consultations.
- Bulk Billing: Available for children under 16 years old, pensioners, and concession card holders on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
2. New Patient & Inactive Patient Fees:
- Weekdays: $100 out-of-pocket fee for new patients.
- Weekends: $130 out-of-pocket fee for new patients.
- Bulk Billing: From the second consult onwards, all consultations are bulk-billed from Monday to Friday.
- Inactive Patients: Defined as those who have not seen any of our doctors in the last 18 months.
3. MyMedicare Registration:
- MyMedicare: A new voluntary patient registration model formalizing the patient-practice relationship.
- Eligibility: Must have 2 face-to-face consultations with any doctor at our medical centre.
